Shipping Details

Orders by Customer are subject to acceptance by TS Healthstore & Surgicals as per the availability of the product. Placement of order by Customer will constitute acceptance of terms and conditions listed on Website. No terms and conditions appearing in Customer’s order that are in variance with or contrary to these term and conditions shall be binding upon TS Healthstore & Surgicals unless specifically agreed to in a writing signed by TS Healthstore & Surgicals.

1. Reviewing Orders

TS Healthstore & Surgicals will provide a shipment booking number and the website address of the courier company from there you can track your order in their track your order page.

2. Ordering

Orders placed by customers are subject to approval by TS Healthstore & Surgicals, based on product availability. When a customer places an order, it signifies their acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined on our website. Any terms or conditions in the customer’s order that conflict with or differ from those listed on the website will not be binding on TS Healthstore & Surgicals unless explicitly agreed to in writing by TS Healthstore & Surgicals.

3. Delivery

The delivery of products depends on the customer’s location, and delivery charges may apply based on the delivery destination. To check if CoD is offered in your area, please enter your pin code on the product page.

4. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Invoices will be dated as of the date of the shipment, and unless otherwise agreed in writing, are payable on an open account immediately at the time of order or at the time of delivery of items as per the payment option chosen by the Customer. All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees and may be made by at par cheque, cash on delivery (COD), online transfer, credit or debit card, ECS, DD. TS Healthstore & Surgicals may suspend shipment of Products to Customers whose previous dues are unpaid, at no liability to TS Healthstore & Surgicals. Due to manufacturers’ price increases or decreases or other events outside of TS Healthstore & Surgicals reasonable control, pricing is subject to change without prior notification. All Prices are all Inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Special offers, coupons or discounts can only be applied at time of order and may not be applied to any previous order. Prices and products are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

6. Return & Replacement Policy

Eligibility: To guarantee customer satisfaction we offer return/replacement of selected items within 6 working days from the sale of the product. The product must be in resalable condition, with original packaging, manuals, and blank warranty cards. If an item is deemed unsuitable for resale, a return or replacement will not be granted.

Review & Refund Processing: Returned items are subject to inspection. Any refund will be provided if the product is received with original packing, bill and no damage on the product.

Damaged Items: Damaged product is not subject to refund or credit.

Non-Returnable Products: Due to health and safety reasons, products related to personal hygiene and self-care cannot be returned, especially those that come into contact with the body (e.g., single-use patient items). Hygiene products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
